Woo-hoo! It’s MRS. MAISEL MONDAYS!
We’ll be watching an episode from season 2 this week at Pearl’s Place. This is a lighthearted show about a comedienne in New York City in the 1950s-1960s. Even if you’ve never seen it before, it’s fairly easy to pick up as the characters remain the same and plot is simple. I’ll catch everyone up in the first 15min of our gathering.
All genders welcome. Feel free to come as you are, or wear your best swanky retro accessories; pearls always welcome of course, as well as fabulous hats, a fascinator, red lipstick.
Prepare a classic cocktail, martini, mocktail, wine or whatever you like for sipping — we’ll play a little drinking game.
I’ll be doing a high resolution broadcast inside Pearl’s Place, but for our audiophiles or those who want to watch full-screen on a TV, we’re going to simulcast using Teleparty. Link will be provided inside.
